Alongside David Blangis, a water & environment engineer, Emmanuel supports the growth and structuring of Groupe O, a pioneer in water regeneration for housing. He works at the interface between:

• Emmanuel is also the architect and designer of Infinit’O the water-autonomous housing solution…

He notably contributes to bringing the group’s flagship solutions to market: Infinit’O™ – the water-autonomous home system – and O bioPool, the bio pool autonomous in water and energy.

A career at the crossroads of energy, water and digital technology

Before joining Groupe O, Emmanuel held several executive positions in the solar energy, water technologies and digital sectors. Active in photovoltaics since 2004, he contributed to the launch and rollout of grid-connected solar plants, before leading various business units in renewable energy.

As an executive in eco-friendly pools and housing solutions, he led the development of technologies combining:

• water biofiltration (chlorine-free water, inspired by natural ecosystems),
• energy optimization (solar, storage, intelligent control),
• IoT & connected monitoring (sensors, remote surveillance, predictive maintenance).

This end-to-end experience – from technology design to commercial growth – now strengthens Groupe O’s ability to deliver practical solutions for sustainable sanitation, natural pools and circular water at the scale of the home.

Emmanuel’s profile stands out for a three-pillar foundation of expertise, particularly strategic for Groupe O’s clients and partners:

• Water & energy innovation – design of hybrid solar + batteries + grid systems, management of demand peaks, optimization of self-consumption and coupling with water uses (home, garden, pool, water reuse).
• Water bio-regeneration – deployment of eco-friendly water treatment solutions without chemicals, integrating biofiltration, modern constructed wetlands and greywater reuse, consistent with the Infinit’O™ vision.
• Leadership & business development – leadership of international business units, structuring of partner networks, development of B2B and B2B2C models, support for players in housing, hospitality, local authorities and cleantech ecosystems.

His background in computer & electronic engineering, business & company structuring with an ESSEC MBA and his command of digital systems also enable him to connect Groupe O’s operational strategy with digital ecosystems (IoT, monitoring, data), to deliver solutions that are both robust and scalable.

Accelerating water bio-regeneration for sustainable housing

At Groupe O, Emmanuel is particularly involved in rolling out the “circular water” vision carried by the Infinit’O™ range: capture all water from the home, regenerate it biologically, reuse it multiple times in the house (showers, toilets, garden, natural pool), then return it clean to the groundwater.

He works with internal teams and partners to:

• adapt solutions to real-world site constraints (climate, rainfall, available space, storage, energy),
• simplify the user experience through digital control (O Connect, monitoring, alerts, eco / comfort modes),
• ensure regulatory compliance on sanitation, reuse and environmental aspects,
• demonstrate the environmental impact of the solutions (water savings, reduced pressure on the network, lower carbon footprint).

His goal: make Groupe O a leading European and global WaterTech player, capable of providing practical answers to water stress, water pollution and climate disruption.
